The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania conducts research on the role policy institutes play in governments and civil societies around the world. In the 2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, the Center for Research and Policy Making topped the list as best think tank from Macedonia and 46th from Central and Eastern Europe. Several factors were employed in the assessment process such as quality and commitment of the think tank’s leadership, quality and reputation of the research and analysis produced, recruit and retain elite scholars and analysts and etc.
